What does it mean when you sleep on your back , one hand behind your head and the other hand in your PJ's.??  ........... that study is so stupid , because i sleep all different styles face down, faced up, left side , right side, hell even i do a hole 180 turn in the bed.  STUPID Research ..... what a way to spend Tax payers money huh ??  How about sleeping next to the toliet after a long night out.  .... that be the only sleep that i could identify as being " f*kED UP !
