Recent Forum Topics

Added a Module to the front page to show new Forum Topics. If it is new to you then you will see a blue icon that says new. I tried to move the icon to the front of the topic but screwed it up.

i was happy i hacked away unnecessary(sp?) crap from the table that was hosing the size of it. let me know how it looks. i also added an HR command for the lines between the topics.
