I need Help

I need help .......For Thanksgiving every year my whole familly gets together every year.  We could be seperated for Months at a time but Always on Thanksgiving and Christmas the whole family comes together.  Well after Thanksgiving Feast/Meal my sister Cindy and Debbie make a Christmas wish list which says Whats our favorite color , whats our waist / Length etc etc....So they sent me an Email with attachment that i had to download ....and when i downloaded it it came out all in square and 0's and 1's kinda like this.

its is messed up what they sent me or am i doing something wrong...please help...I need to fill this out soon like today because tommorow i am cutting off the phone line and it will be days before i get back on line.

your sister, probably made that document in Word format, and you are trying to open it with WordPad or Notepad.

you can either email her back and have her copy and paste what she has on that doument into a regular email, or have her save it as Rich Text Format, and send it to you again.

second, email those attachments to someone with Word, so they can convert it back to something you can see.
