I will probably upgrade to XP Pro from Win2k tonite or the next nite. I say upgrade but i will be doing a clean install.

I am wondering how it would jack up my GRUB bootloader or if it will at all. And if it does, how to get it back.

The reason for the upgrade is because since here at work everyone will be going to XP and i want to be more familiar with it. Yes i use it on my PC here at work, but we have limitations and i have been using XP since i got it a year and a half ago, but i dont do any sort of tweaking or whatever on the Laptop. I just use it for its for.

Any ideas on the GRUB?

well, i cleaned out my Win2k install, uninstalled a bunch of crap in other words, and Ghosted it.

I deleted the Partition and formatted her with NTFS, and i am now running WinXP Pro SP1.

Its late and i must work in the morning, i only modded her a bit. Winamp was the first thing i installed, then the powertoys.

tommorow, the rest of my crap, Office, Photoshop, Dreamweaver..yatta.yatta.yatta.
