i just noticed the Notification thing up above. This is how it works.
Say there is a certain Topic that you would like to be notified by email that someone replied to. You click on Notify of replies in the topics thread, the click Yes to be notified by email when someone replies.
And to remove notification you click on Notification, and place a check mark next to the thread to turn off, then click update. it will be removed.
