"Roses"

by: APS

Roses are as sweet as honey
and as soft as feathers.
Morning dew dresses the pedals
of the white rose.
So fragile that the softest
touch could destroy it.
Genttly brushed by the lips.
the dew runs with fright.
As the pedals fall one by one a little
breeze carrys it's beauty across
baby blue skys, open medows,
and dark swapms that are so softly
lit with light.

[smiley=curtain.gif]Thanksbut I'm not as sweet as my poems, in reality life has try to take that from me and whats left is no more than a ragged heart with little space fro love.
I try to live a happier life but sometimes I get confuse and forget that there are people like you out there, with sweet emotions and romantic thoughts that still love a nice poems and tender words, softly spoken in the wind to be carry to the ear of that whom you are most dear to.
Thanks and hope that you enjoy my poems and that you write some more. [smiley=angel.gif]
