so it is a little known fact that i am very skinny but i eat like there is no tommorrow! but maybe i am eating the wrong foods. i live on fast food!
so a few friends from work said that maybe i should drink some wieght gaining drink. i had tried some many moons back but it was the most disgusting thing i had ever tasted. and that is because i put all sorts of, bananas, berries, or whatever to make it tast better. didnt work. so i gave up on it. So my friend told me try Ensure from the local grocery store. i bought some a little while ago. even on the label it says "good taste", which is telling me it does not taste all that great!!
i will have to see how it goes.

Its not a weight gaining Drink its a drink to help you get all your Vitamins A,B,C etc etc. and Proteins. It has nothing to do with Gaining Weight. What you said first about Weight gain drink from GNC will work and yes it taste like crap but it works. If you really want to gain weight eat burgers and junnk food around 12 am or 2 am. It always happens like that. Those that want it, dont get it and those that don't want it get it. I used to use that stuff when I was a teenager and it never worked. Now that I am in my 30's, I don't want to gain weight and it just happens. Raw Deal huh :D

Eat 3 good meals when you are supposed to and put some junk food next to your computer with coffee.
That will get you started.
so true, a lot of folks at work say that in the next three years i will be gaining all the wieght that i have been cheated out of all my life. ;D
that Ensure stuff tastes pretty good, in fact i am about to have another one soon...hehe....
